Anyway, there are few performances where I wouldn’t have liked to skate better, especially this early in my career. How about that reckless triple lutz! My stroking showed a lack of core stability. Look at my arms bobbing up and down like the amateur I was! Still, watching this performance just now brought tears of pride, listening to the audience response. I choreographed it myself. I watch myself very seldom, but it is enriching and instructive to see oneself past or present. I looked awkward in the kiss and cry. Sniffling looks bad enough when it isn't on TV!
